Shipping & Returns

Orders are fulfilled through Amazon and eBay. The policies below summarize how we handle shipping and returns across both marketplaces.

Shipping

Amazon orders: Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA). Delivery times, carriers, and tracking are managed by Amazon per the buyer's shipping selection.
eBay orders: Ship from our U.S. facility within 1 business day of order, with tracking provided.
Domestic U.S. shipping only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns

Amazon orders: Returns are processed under Amazon's standard 30-day return policy.
eBay orders: 30-day returns accepted. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived defective or not as described.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us through the marketplace messaging system within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
